How to amke all pets born with level 3 or 4 skill level adn players as well

Hi i been trying to design Cq_magic to make players and pets learn skills and they will be automaticly level 3 or 4 i tryed chaining the level but it didnt wokr any ideas guys thanks, also whats a libra mount look like

you need to set the auot-learn level and percent in the cq_magic_type

Or i think you can right click the cq_magic table then click design table and change the level to 2
Level 0 =1
1=2
2=3

If you went and read the cq_magic_type and tried to understand the meaning for Auto_Learn_Level and learn_chance you would know what I am talking about. I can't do much more then that without writing a script for you. Which I won't do.
