I got my account back yesterday, everything all in one piece... Then about 3-4 hours later, I got the same problem LOL.... But I contacted live support and bam, fixed again! WOOT WOOT! So if you actually get a hold of live support, THEY can fix it within a min... If they say anything other than that, they are bsing...

Originally when I posted this topic here Incorrect ID is the only problem,
it happened more or less 6 times but they were able to refreshed it.
3 days ago on March 17 after the account was refreshed and I log in
my CHARACTERS ARE MISSING.

OMFG its been 3 days now and have sent more or less 20 emails regarding
the issue and no reply at 2msupport. I know a lot of people are having
the same problem.

Anyways thank you Guys for all your replies in my original topic i'm very
grateful.

i havent been able to even get on again yet. i had an email back from 2msupport saying my account had been refreshed but nothing, still got the same "incorrect ID" message. i'll never buy any more acclaim coins

Guys your prob not banned becaus almost every1 that play 2moons then i mean the usa 1 ofc have these issues "Inncorrect ID" and Cannot connect to server" Gms have been trying to solve it they got few solutions, they work for some go that is 1 solving but othervice just search in the forums ^^
