well i know some values wont make much of a difference when changed like exp but these can be used for educational purposes :P
well i think it will be a lot easyer to edit with this then hex editing because with this u can edit a value of every monster at once much quicker then doint it yourself.
as for cool times, attack speeds, run speeds they have server side checks and will be very hard if not impossible to do now. and also changing how many monsters follow u has been limited to a certain amount. so if u lure too many monsters u get disconnected
and ribow i havent finished it yet but if ur talking about attack speed of monsters then yea u can edit that and also walk/run speed of monsters
