I replaced those numbers with those in bold manually , btw , im a little dumb and dont know , the " 1,0,1106,10,????? it was like 1,0,1106,10,21000" and i changed it to 1,0,1106,1,0,00000 , there were like 5 lines or so . I did all this and in the end , i can spam the skill , but no damage .
