what does the skill hack 1 & 2 actually do?

does it let u cast a lvl 100 skil at level 1?

No it does not. Skillhack makes you cast 1 skill more then 3 times in a row without cooldown. It means you can do the same skill 3X by pressing the skill button and inflict 3X more damage.

And no you may not request it here beacuse skillhack is not allowed in public.

When i sad 3 or more times I ment 3 or MORE times, but the example was if you have skillhack that can do 3-4X one skill (example what I used to use).
