Thank You..

Is it possible to edit the skill there or is it serversided? and for my understanding castTick means the time which u need to finish the skill and coolTick is the cooldown time . am i right? and there is a line ResourceMP should be the mana which u use for the skill. right? I'll be the first to post a opinion, its easy to edit csv's if u got the already edited ones like I do, but like it was said in other threads, less lag and less dc's if u edit the packet file...... It's simple to edit csv's tho and make it work for the game, and its alot easier to read considering its seperated by line but some people can't seem to get it to work like how they were told!! so for them packet editing...

Skill Editing 04/16/2008 - Dekaron - 38 Replies I found how to edit most of the skills, i managed to make them to make instant cast of all hist , no mana use, no cool down, so they attack extremely fast. Now the question is , who can pm me to tell me how i can make a winhex script to make some skills for you guys. Who know this good , pm me ;) PS, i will make a video to show how the skills react. This is for EU Dekaron only.
