New SKills

Hey People,

I'm trying to do something new to my server, and im thinking like adding new skills to it, by new skills i mean like new buff to each class. Just like what dekaron infernal did, with new skill books and etc..If someone know how to do it , PM me or tell me here please. . thanks.

the only person this week to ask HOW to do it, instead of asking to have it spoon fed, and u guys are ready to spoon feed him? oO

anyways, research the current buffs already in game and see how they are set up, you can even mess one up then fix it to see how it effects things in game, its really not that hard once you start understanding how the few files interact with each other, the best way to learn these files is from mistakes, even mistake you meant to make, trial and error, then you will be as good with the skills as these guys are
