[Help]range on monsters

i have gone threw everyones tut's and havent found much of anything usefull as far as vac's go. i got the vac hack working ect. but i cant seem in increase the range of when the monsters know im there. im used to CSV's tell me in that format and ill convert it over to hex in my head xD

EX i walk into crespo A run, and i have to run almost with in 1-2 inches of the mobs before they aggro me.

how can i fix it so when im in like 5-7 feet of them they aggro me. i forgot how to do this. is it the chaotic level? or something else.

it is DwSight and DwPersuitRange (for longer pursuit) I will not say anything more cause you are so smart that you even can convert CSV into HEX. good luck
