There are various of methods, this also depends on the situation, it can be a detection through firewall and commercial packer's protection as both or as one.
First option is if it's a packer then the easiest way would be to replicate executable with a fake but unpacked one which would load up and run smoothly, make sure files are not hidden and all are extracted.
The second choice is a much harder one, by bypassing packer's detection part is to unpack it to the fullest. I would rather go with first option. This is way easier and faster but you have to know what you are doing.
Now about firewall, most likely there's a limitation to the client IP for x amount of time and then it blocks your connection.. this requires to bypass ip-based firewall restriction.
I will not spoon feed anyone on how to do it, but this should be enough to understand from where to start, bear in mind that this is just few methods and there are many other things that you can do.
