Help please (Action 2 Bug)

I downloaded the Action 2/3 client and made a pserver but i have a problem and no idea how to solve it.

Summoner dark avatar is bugged and auto tracks the entire spell,
Aswell as Ak 2h axe spells dont have Blow effect,

anybody know how to solve this?

Blow was added in a4. It won't work on a2.
Dark avatar requires a new result code to work properly. Also not working in a2.

Neither can be fixed without heavy exe edits but iirc noone made it work (but there's no point trying if a9 files are public)

Who/what is IRC Noon? Is that a person who fixed the bug? if so how do i contact him?

No, I said nobody made it work in a2. Just assume it can't be fixed.
