Meister Skill Selection For Pservers

Hi,

I remember back in days evolution/evolved dekaron has a meister skill selection working in someway. It was very good for custom mode also you could upgrade your skills to level 15 depend on your meister select. Any ideas for that system ? or ASM edits are required ? Never saw a pserver has that system working. Cause i dont want ppl spamming all meisters
