I think you don't need reborn. Becase when HP >=65k will Bug server.

Plenty of servers have RBs that dont allow getting over 65k hp....

Thus making your point invalid. RBs != hp over 65k

You could always cap the heal stat @ a number which doesnt bug the character. And on top of that not make hp gems.
