Hi can someone tell me what is the recommended specs for a dedi to run a dekaron server.

and can someone tell me which provider has the best latency here in the philippines so that the gamers will not experience lag or high ms.

Minimum : 8 gb to 16 gb
Providers have many but my personal choice is

You need a minimum of 16Gb of RAM to run the server with 1 channel and Arena server with SQL server 2012. The cheapest will be $50 USD per month.

I also recommend them, but their firewall is kinda weak, I had to build one on my own using their infrastructure.
