[HELP] session not working

•1. Dbmon- Wroks 100%

•2. Cast Server- Wroks 100%

•3. Login Server- Wroks 100%

•4. Msg Server- Wroks 100%

•5. Session Server- not woking please look at the image

i start session it says this in the Dbmon thing

and the the seesion comes up with this error i click dont send and the seesion window closses



some1 told me:
The session server is not detecting the SQL db. Check if the ip is correct on the session server, also make sure you ran SN. Also check that the SQL is running and the DB is the local server.


now me:

also make sure you ran SN- did it agen it ran fine

i did all this before and agen now its still saying the same thing

any1 can help?

you didnt put the sp4 for mssql thats why u getting the sp_login_flag_set proc call fail

i inistalled sql
then

1. installed .net frame work and restarted
2. installed sql 2000 and restarted
3. installed sql 2000 sp4 and restarted
4. followed this guide to restore database
5. ran everything agen but still comes up with the same error.

can any help?

This Happenes Becuase Of Ram Or Virtual Memory. These Server Files Bank Into PageFile For Some Reason IDK Dont Ask Me Why But They Do (Chances Are Thier Old Files And Servers Needed A Way To Load Files And Keep Physical Ram Open For Connected Users). To Fix This Either 1. Buy More Ram Or 2. Increase Your PageFile.

How Do I Increase My PageFile?
Start -> Right Click "My Computer" -> Properties -> Advanced Tab -> First Settings Button Under "Performance" -> Advanced Tab Again -> Bottom Click "Change" Button -> Click On C: -> Then Click On "Custom Size" And Place 3000 In Each Box -> Then Click "Set" Then Ok And Ok Again. Restart Computer.

What all did you do when you installed SP4? Just running the downloaded exe only unpacks it to the C: drive. You must then go into that directory and click the setup.bat to actually install it.

Just saying because it is overlooked\unknown to some.

and possibly 1gb of ram isnt really enough to run a server the dekaronserver.exe uses over 1gb on my system i got 3 gb of ram

I never got a DK server to run with 1Gb
but it did run on 2Gb

zombe can even run it on 1gb and play this game

yes i did install sp4. and i did execute the query that's called ''SN''. ill get more ram and then ill see if that works.
