He is saying you need a hard drive that has a bigger cache....
That cache limits the speed of which any files can be opened/used/moved/copied etc etc etc.
You could have a $20,000 pc but it be slow because you got a cheap hard drive.
A good HDD/SSD is required to load things faster and i got an 240GB SSD - 550MB read/write speed and it loads it perfectly , example on loading screen . if i open A2/A3 clients it loads like 0-65% in 1-2sec and rest in 2-3 sec with my SSD . and with DK on my HDD it takes like 30 secs so its all about the HDD/SDD u got to make everything loading faster loadingscreens etc. !
He's not even talking about the loading speeds. He's saying there's a black screen for 10 seconds before it even starts loading. Which has nothing to do with HDD nor SSD.

That's the thing with ****** english, kinda need to read between the lines. Not an exact science you know.
I totally loled for every post I saw.. That has nothing to do with HDD or anything else. The problem is from option.txt but don't remember which one needs to be changed. I had that problem long time ago and fixed it by changing something in option.txt
