I dont assume you have any knowledge but perhaps Im wrong.
if I were you I'd check the exe. perhaps (most likely?) it was modified and console was removed from DEV chars.

if you dont have any asm knowledge then theres no point for me to explain further since it requires experience in the field.

And about the d-shop ? Ive made clean db theres non cash added and still got the same "Dekaron shop cant open at test server" why is this happening?

2º ive got this and i got the same problem dev console no works , cash db is clean with 0 coins and got error. Do you have any dekaron exe a9 workign right (11 classes) ?

I never get this problem, maybe thats why i dont use SQL2008 R2
