caution; im still doing the decryption / reversion so it is ofcourse not complete yet.

Today's note; Block = Tile
So the 3 columns are ; Tile_Width,Tile_Height,Tile_Size
Also noticed (today 05/25/2014 @0.17AM) :
the file seems to be populated with polygons, can someone contact me on my Skype who can create a blender plugin for to convert these polygons into a readable sector so we can load it up?
Also noticed;
the footer contains the file(s) used inside of the editor / map creator.
