Be able to edit csv files, ... and the rest iam forgetting

- Add new stuff, like wings
- Add new stuff, like quests
- TRY to fix broken things

You dont need to be that skilled

You say that as if csv editing in dekaron is hard... with a little bit of common sense it is easy to figure out where things are kept, how to change stuff, and where/what else needs to be edited along side the completely obvious pieces to have the desired effect.
Only reason it is hard for some is because they don't have common sense. (no offence to those people)

You could ask them to take a client without the skills/maps/items/drops past a3, and get them to add them. Still doesn't even take one day of "work" on it to completely do it. Make your own custom wep/set would be a good way to get a skilled dev. Knowing how to do visual changes as-well as the basic csv changes.
Opens more doors. Just saying.

P.S. by set I don't mean revamp a old one, I mean completely make a new set. Use a old one as base if you have to.

No no no, Janvier, you don't want someone that can simply change the map from the xmas theme to the original. :P
