[RELEASE] Non Div Launcher R1 for IIS & Plesk

Dear EPVP Users,

i have Release the R1 to use it with IIS or Plesk Panel.

The Problem: *.config Files cannot Download from Webspace (IIS , Plesk ...)But now with the Rebuild you upload all config and rename it as *.cnf files.

Do not Rename Clientside config-files! The launcher will download *.cnf , but the launcher save it as *.config.

Dont forgot to add MIME-Type:

.cnf
application/octet-stream

Im sure, it works. But i have not test it.

can you re-make / tweak the DIV one with the same .cnf files ?

I have not Build a DIV one , sorry.
To Build a DIV / PAK launcher , i Need the Header
