[HELP] Missing binkw32, launcher not working

Lately i haven't been able to get my gameguard killer to work so i can't do any hacks. It keeps coming up with a "couldn't find Binkw32" file thing.
It's not the actual 2moons thats faulty, since 2moons itself works fine and i can play on it. Just can't use a launcher so i can do vacs, wall, tele, or skill hacks! I have tried reinstalling the game twice now. And have done over 7 computer scans with 3 different anti-virus programs. But still nothing.
I have also tried different launchers but...

i have 3 different launchers and i am trying to pack my client so i can update it with div's
i have it updating fine, i have the server side down perfect, and the client side will update, but either errors at the end, or closes out, tried everything i can think of, read several posts, searched here and google and rage . .
so far, FAIL lol, so let the questioning begin:
where can i get a launcher.exe i can edit (images), that packs data.pak?
or a dekaron.exe that will accept the...

ECSRO Launcher not working

I can't get my launcher to say anything but 'silkroad online launcher has stopped working'. And ECSRO.NET or the forums are no help. I tried restarting and reinstalling but neither work. Any ideas or solutions?

Launcher for GameGuard Killer v1.2a wont load game. It was working fine before but I didnt play for a few hours and now game won't load. Please help me.
