Well Acclaim paid over $3mil + residual royalties, so how is it that other people claim it's available for $10k - $20k? Sounds made up to me, otherwise I'm sure someone would have jumped on that by now because you could make that initial investment back real fast.

Its 60k USD bottom line. Acclaim did not pay that much

Just a small reminder: Acclaim was close to broke at the time they bought dekaron.

I don't make things up.

GameHi and Acclaim officially agreed to sign a publishing agreement on June 15, 2006, with the terms being 3 million (USD) of the initial royalty and a 30% of the running royalty. The GameHi’s new partner, Acclaim, is a well-known global publisher and game developer highly reputed with the console games, such as ‘Mortal Kombat’, ‘NBA JAM’, and ‘Wrestle Mania.’

“We chose to publish ‘Dekaron’ because of its strong emphasis on action and its clear success in the Korean market. U.S players are very interested in playing games that are action oriented with strong graphics. Dekaron fulfills this promise by brining a whole new way of playing MMORPGs,” said David Perry, a counselor of localizing ‘Dekaron’ in the USA market. He is a pioneer in the game industry as a programmer and owned ‘Shiny Entertainment’ where followed that success with several award-winning PC and video game titles- MDK™ (1996), Wild9™ (1998), R/C Stunt Copter™ (1999), Messiah™ (2000) and Sacrifice™ (2000), the latter collecting more than 40 awards for Best Strategy Game.

“We are really happy to partner with Acclaim to publish Dekaron in the USA market and work harder to provide players with a better online service in both the domestic and international market,” said Mr. Baek, a director of GameHi.
