complete bull **** 3 mil haha i want wat ur smokin they bought the name acclaim itself for around 1 million when it was from a bankrupt company , u think they would pay 3 mil for a game PUBLISHING LICENSE ? it better be a license that sucks ur **** every night also

maybe its cause, acclaim is getting patches and everything from game hi. but to just buy current files might only be 10k-60k or however much people are posting it saying. i guess only way to know if 3mil is only price you can arrange to pay for it is by emailing gamehi. though seeing how it is 3mil which acclaim paid it does sound unlikely that there is any other amount you could pay.

so ...you are tellin me....that u belive acclaim bought dekaron for 15000$, they bought a game that most prbobably earns hundrends of thousands if not milions a year, if i can get this games copyright for only 15k i say wait a sec ill go get the money

ya kakkarot is right, i mean look, acclaim is earning a LOT of money each weekend coz of the dshit discount events and so on, ppl are buying it like crazy lol they got at least 100k$ each week. The game can't be so cheap, i mean if it cost 15k then acclaim got a nice deal on it-_-

Aclaim did buy the game at 3million, which was a realy big guess, since they were financially at a very low state that time.

But.. Acclaim doesn't have the full rights. + They have to buy & rely on the updates coming from gameHi.

Its around 60k USD. I read in DK-KR's forums when 1 ****** asked "Can you guys give me the action 6 server files please?"
And the price is why even acclaim is still on a4.

Actually Howard Marks bought the bankrupt Acclaim name for around $100,000 and the statement I posted was a press release from gamehi's site. Now only available through google cached pages. Either way it's real. Whether they got screwed (which I believe they did since gamehi will barely talk with them anymore) is another story in itself. They signed a weak and vague contract but it still happened.

So if you can get official server files for that little amount of money, I say do it. You will be leaps above anyone else out there, including Acclaim, and will make a profit. Not to mention you should be able to rig up any updates to come, since your DB and exe files will be way ahead what is out there now. Look how much people have got working with action 3-4 files. We have more than Acclaim does, even though there are a few things they have exclusively because the files they have allow it. ie mavrics, pets, etc..

So very true, but if you do buy them and get sued you are screwed. Anyone know if acclaim is even pushing dekaron anymore? The game has so much potenial.. but acclaim just seemed to strike it fail. Anyone actually know if the files are purchaseable or if its just a rumour and btw translation is also an issue if you got them in korean.

when you make or buy a game you need a close GM team, if you dont, your screwed big time !

2moons dont have "close" GM's/VGM's anyone can apply for the possition, and usualy new ppl are active for first few days and then it gets boring and again no GM's and VGM's are ever online, which gives a perfect playground to hackers.
