Great upload, weapons look excellent!

BUT:
For some reason the weapons seem to be bugging when I move around. For example just running through Crespo I get a fatal error and it crashes, or using a DEV character I teleport just about anywhere and it goes fatal error.

Any ideas as to why?
I did happen to increase the server level to 255 just to include these, could that be a problem?

Thank you conquer for the info. I've reduced the server level, but I never had pushed any characters that high. Just had one at 250.
It seems the bug is still there, does anyone have an idea as to why the game crashes when I move around with the weapons on?

Maybe someone who can throw some trouble shooting ideas my way?

cant believe i have to say this, as it should be common sense. . . .

compare the lines in the item file and itemshape file with that of existing weapons that share the same class and see whats different . . .

No it's not rocket science, but for someone with a sincere desire to learn, and not much but tut's and old threads/Q-n-A to go off of (appropriate thanks have been given)... I am doing all right.
This server is my first venture outside of just playing, and it should be expected I have a few... issues.

Thank you for your insight though, it is appreciated. There are massive differences in the Item_Shape files.
Look
12 is the new Dragon dagger 2401 would be the Shave dagger. There is a lot on the Dragon shape file then the original items. Would these be unnecessary and deletable?

ewww, dont compare them in notepad, use excel or similar to compare so that comparison is accurate, and you should also compare them to the item closest in level as well fo accuracy, as alot of the original low level items dont require some entries in the itemshape that the newer items do, it will be alot easier to see what all is required of an item inside the itemshape file this way and make it easier to determine what you can or cannot remove or add.

trial and error will be ur best friend.

1. Don't compare in NotePad. Use a csv editor.

2. Your using my lines *****. I'm not surprised you got the Dekaron Server to read them. You need to be sure the indexes are not in use.

3. Make sure everything is linked up entirely, including your own clean and un-used indexes. Be sure you have the item_shape set up correctly.

why not notepad ? ive used notepad only for years xD and now i also use excel for some files butstill use notepad for the most

I apologize for my late reply long hours y-day. Thank you both for your info just downloading a CSVeditor is obviously going to make this much easier. I will update soon with results.

So the .anim .tpack (x2) and .skel in the shape files are the only differences between the old Ordeau (2419)and the new Dragon(12) both not +'d. It seems my weapons in Shape have no anim tpack or skel. Why would that be?

OK it is not your items. I leveled a character to 200 walked outside the gate and bam it did the same thing. Without any new items on the character. It seems to do this when it is about to load mobs. So it is something to do with my level. Guess this is not your problem, will see if I can find anything out via searching some more.

Sir, you just resurrected a 5 month old thread, so that you can get a 50mb file that will take you 15 minutes tops to do on your own? I just don't get it.

Find the **** Korean Client, "In elitepvpers", and grab the files on your own, it is not hard at all. Please give a little effort into things, please.

You can fix this by changing the options in the item_shape.csv.
