anyone know why my winhex looks like this when i open EG data.pak?

Is it supposed to look different? I got the same beginning of the data.pak ...

but when i try to do the tuts for skill hack i dont see the NO_CANCEL and all the other numbers to change

THe NO-CANCEL And that is for the UnPached Data

Like Dekaron>>Data>>Share>>......//Not Dekaron>>Data>>data.pak
