Share/creature/npc.csv.
And make sure you're not missing ''shapes''*, if you're planning to add new NPCs. If you're just making a custom NPC, use an existing shape.
Btw, if you're planning on adding shop NPC, shop & shopset.csv's in share/item are you're best friends (Besides the obvious itemetc.csv).
For teleporters it's location & teleport.csv's in share/arrange folder.
*Shape - name in NPC_shape.csv. ''Tells'' the npc.csv file how will the particular NPC look (Mesh & tpacks). For animations it's .anim files and share/action folder.
