When I change files in my client, when I haven't patched them or changed them in my server files {Share}. I can still join the game with changed csv's. There is not version does not match message.... What can I do for this? If anyone even knows..

share/version.ini

exe comparing server verstion.ini and clients version.ini. If they are different - crash with message "client verstion does not match".
But players can still edit csv and play it edited csv.

how do I get an exe that will do that? Or is it already?

Its already doing it. Sould have checked yourself as it doesnt required any knowlenge or more time. Change 1 value - restart.
