Well hope he wont copy from other server them .. like all ppls do now... I saw them copying recently all server files and say that they made it ...

They are released on the forums, do some searching on the forums and you will find tons of threads that has files for the server in them. Get them from the share folder that you download. I dont have an exact link for you, but they are here

if so yeah it been released in some servers now
its not 145 armors its dk square armor
