A12 Win7 Problem

Can someone help me figure out why im getting this?
Everytime i run it this happens, and i cant figure out why.

Im trying to run the server from Win7 with the win7 launcher and a12 client, if you need to know what else i have just ask.

The exe your using doesn't have con/segu/dw/hb in it.

Download sephs exe with all 11 classes. I don't have the link and I'm not handing it out, the search feature picks it up easily enough.
