i want to make a small dekaron pserver < only to test things
and be only me who can log in it
WITHOUT DB

< i want to use UG clint since he dead <so no copyright <and i want to test things

as far as i understood you, you want to open a server with a fixed client, which doesnt has bugs...
hmm, i think they didnt released it, but look at the files for a few minutes and you will understand how the game work. after that you can make nearly all.
i am trying to make emperor baz as a segnale pet. but i think i wont get it :S

nah u did not understand me
i want to make a server only me who can log in it so i test some GM commands and some share files and so
so now i downloaded sql server and i want to use vitality files
and now i know how to make the acc and things but i cant log to it
