follow my guide.
it will fix your error with session crashing.
you will find that you may have sql server 2000 and sp4 installed
but sql server isnt listening on any ports such as 1433 the defult port that it is
suppost to be listening on it is currently not. even with the service's saying they are running
just follow my guide and it should fix your problem
