This error as index 47001 have duplicate

you will check in item_shape.csv and add new index for your item

Just open etc.csv in your item folder from client. open advence search tool and search for "47001", so it's 1 st item, search again, second index "47001" change to any else that index is available or delete all in row where is second index.
