Download the SQL out of this post and Install it correctly :
ATTENTION : On Installation look that you activate sql and windows auth mode. Dont forget it.
Install first time the Server ( autorun.exe )

autorun.exe is error, i always installed with setup.bat

btw: one of those has an error: SQL server 2000 or SP4 (i think SP4)
look - if you want to install SP4, you will fail

at 20% it says that Instmsdb.sql cannot be read. idk what to do, i think download another servis package lol
EDIT: all works perfectly, but i dont delete what i wrote, cuz ppl who will have/had the same problem like me should have the very simple answer:
ok: you must install SQL server 2000 and the SP4 in different folders. thats all -.-
you will find the enterprise manager in the SP4 folder and the 80\TOOLS\BINN
