looking for high rate server (3000+)

yo i wasnt playing for a long time and dont find a lot about those servers
i only know:
extreme
ultra
fussion (highest exp, nearly 5000)
and eclipse

i am looking for a server, english, 3000+ exp, not completly empty (should have a lot players [not as much as extreme or fussion, but it shouldnt be empty])

BEFORE U POST, READ THIS:
dont insult me with words like "uhm bla hä! there are a lot posted"
i alrdy looked for some, but the most servers arent posted here and they became populated cuz they were in a list and friends gave theire friends

fussion is x5000 exp, but heres my reason why i dunt wanna play there:
-if you dont donate to the server to buy crit gems, you dont have a change in PK/PVP
-they released a new client yesterday: i cant download it, after telling the support, ragritz said: not our fault, we dont upload for 1 or two people at mediafire or megaupload
-thats all

Viets Server [Dk-MostWanted] has been down for nearly 24 hrs. no word on why, when it shut down said it was going down for short maintenance. SStill waiting to hear anything.
