your exe is protected against Debuggers
u have progams like Ollydbg? and stuff ? try remove all debug software and cheat engines and try again

It appears to me that hes trying to run it from the win7 launcher which wont work because the win7 launcher trick acts as a debugger which the exe doesnt allow to be on during operation.
