what are GM capable of?

Hey guys, dont know if this is the right section, but i think its the most appropriate, cuz of yar experience of pserver

i m wondering what Gms are capable of

ok now i know atleast 1 GM command, that ghostmode + map teleport thing and some tools to announce msgs and so on..

but i m just wondering how Gms can inspect players. do they have something like a spy tool, that just tells em where every player exactly is and then by 1 click they just teleport themself next to the person or do they have to use the map teleport thing by hand?

or are the "tools" of a pserver GM and a GT GM diffrent?

/GM chase [playername] ---> allow the gm to teleport to you
/GM find [playername] ---> tells him your exact location(map,x and y coordinates)
/GM ghostmode [on/off]---> invisible


he can also combine these commands..so he can teleport invisible to you


btw i also have a question...i heard that this command:

/GM dropitem [ID]

work, but i try it but i dont get an item in my inventory..can anyone tell me the correct command or tells me a way how to spawn any item in a gms(or anyones) inventory without using db?

does that mean, in order to catch a "bad guy", you know what i mean ^^, a GM first has to take a guess, which person he should observe and then get to him?
like ppl sending SS of ppl hacking public, so that the GM has a clue who he should pick
or another way would just be running around in a hackers favourite place (python) ?

but there arent really spying tools, like a programm that scans the server for irregular happenings, e.g. over average lvling speed or over average killing speed?

with the gm hack u just be able to use
/GM ghostmode [on/off]
/GM observermode [on/off]
and the teleport-function...
the server-announcement should be ignored...

zagzam is right... u need a gm tool to change the db...
but hf and gl with the one which is released here... it's chinese or something like this^^
