Just Wondering...

I was just wondering, would it be possible for me to host a test server for myself with just my home computer (windows xp)? I just want to know before i go around searching for a bunch of threads that show you how. If you care to help feel free to post some useful links for me (if it's even possible for me to make a server).

I ran my server on a 512mb ram PC, with 128mb Graphic card lol

i know theres a search button.. thats why maybe if you fully understood the first post like you should have, i was asking if it was possible for me to make a pserver on my home computer. after someone aswered i made a question directed solely at them to see if they had found something that really helped them and if they would want to share that with me. so eat ur smart alick search button remarks, thanks though, i know how to use a forum. and i've been using that "button up there" for the past hour and have found some pretty good threads on my own.

yup this is where i started too

sergcool's video guide actually says it all

get silkbotter's files because they work (except the demolition bomb thingy for hunters)

it's actually so easy to start a server... but that's the very first step.

it's agonizing to start editing and implementing unique contents.
