can any1 help me to explain the function of each line pls..i only know a little such as exp ratio, lvl and stat..it will be much easier for me if i know each of them..where can i edit my server DF time..?

i have problem with this. I set fMonEXPRatio to 0.02 and i still get 60exp from lvl 1 mob spider at lvl 170. i want normal exp. i want to set exp to 1 and get 1exp from spider at lvl170. Why is it so high? if i set it to 0.01 i get 0exp . 0.02 is the lowest but i want lower please help me.

The exp was directly in monster.csv rewritten.
