problems with cast and session server

my cast and session server keeps crashing, in my dbmon it says :
3396:file: .\console\reader.cpp, line: 132
this line comes when i try getting them to work.
any ways to fix this?

For me, session and DekaronServer has problems. When I start session, it says fatal errorr, and if I start dekaronServer, Session just crashes... So if u know how, help me too. Im making an action 6 server u know! (Trying to set up a regular one now, ill implement action 6 after that)
