in my opinion ur just a script kiddie using programs programmed by real hackers with knowledge of this stuff ; )
and yeah, the GM tool doesnt need a GM account, it just needs the login information of ur SQL Database.
if ur dekaron server has a homepage with a script directly working with the database or if the website is running on the gameserver you can try to inject it and get database access ; )
(so this is real hacking)
if u know login data but havent IP, u can get the server ip from the "cannellist.csv" file in "/data/share" or by searching the string "Group,Channel Index,IP,Port,Name" in ur data.pak file.
i hope any1 could find an exploit to get access to some DBs
