Try this code in a New SQL Query:

use character;
select * from user_character where character_no LIKE 'dekaron%'

If it does not show you 6 - 7 characters, then you deleted your DEV Dekaron characters for making characters.

I hope this isnt too much of a bump/necro w/e you want to call it but...

Im having the same problem as this guy had but only with my aloken. I tried the sql query you posted and it returned all my DEV chars.

Also inside item_suit i have

Try to restore your character Database that have alo + siege working. (ItsNobody's DB)
