Missing Skills

I have a problem with my dekaron client. somehow the miss some of the skils. From mage is missing the Static Orb, for summoner blade spin and for the Segnal the sleep skill

Someone might help me with this problem. Or just tell me where i have to look

which file you missing just go to find it in korea official client and added it in your client .
