[Vista] Problem

Hi Guys,

I just want to know why i cant log in i just buyed me
Vista and trying to connect but when i open my Logintool
it says

Cannot Create file "C:\Windows\PlugIn.dll.
so Any 1 know how to create it =D

Run "Logintool" in administrator mode, to see if that fixes it. To do that, simply right-click the shortcut and select (Run as administrator).
