I hate to break it to you but if you got to ask how much it costs, then you obviously can not afford to buy it!
Truth be told you will never be able to buy the original files. Back in 2007 when Acclaim Games started to run 2 Moons they didn't even have the rights to the original files. The rights to those have always been owned by Gamehi and they are not for sale. That is why when Acclaim ran 2 Moons they were never releasing "new" content, all the content they ever got was from the Koreans.
Try and look at things from the prospective of a potential buy and do a little digging around. By chance if you do, do that. Then you will notice that Acclaim Games folded and went under in less then six years. So even if you were to get a lease from Gamehi to get things going you still will never be able to run things the way you want it and will never have exclusive rights.
Also game developers on average make a bit over 60k a year, some up into the 100k+
Bottom line is this is a lost cause!
