How can i use it? Can anyone help?

When i start the DekaronServer the dbmon let tell it:

[6408] ------------------ Connect Session Server IP : [ 127.0.0.1 ] ------------------
[2608] >> [ 0F380858 ][ 127.0.0.1 ]--- Server DisConnected ---
[2608] BroadCast : all game server is shutdown.

It works in the exact same way as the original one.
