Need A Skilled Hacker For "Exploit"

Hey any1 here think they r good enough to try and help me use this "exploit" to get items of ZanDekaron? idk what im doing wrong need a lil help! idk if im aloud to link the website here (i doubt it) but i have a tut on how to do it just doesnt seem to be working Plz Help

If their port 10000 is open then you can use that exploit, otherwise it wont work.

The port 10000 is closed. A friend of mine tryed it.
