Aside from the fact we're very off topic, I'm not gonna help matters and actually answer someone's point.

International Law isn't 'always' applicable. Committing a crime and then running away to another nearby country has happened for years. You must have a treaty of extradition between the countries in order to drag someone out and prosecuting a person in their own country which isn't your own is extremely hard. Russia for example insists on trying it's own criminals and international crimes such as hacking are rarely punished or take another country...Canada for example.

You can download from servers around the world as much as you like and not get touched for it. (Music I think) This however is a crime in many other countries.

Was waiting for that to be brought up.

The trouble with this is, the more time progresses the more they're adopted world-wide and in all practicality, in the case of digital copyright laws (regarding the emulation of or otherwise running of private servers), finding a service provider in a country this difficult is... well, almost impossible (at least, anything decent anyway that your players will be able to actually use). I'm open for suggestions on the best place to go at the moment though, seems the net gets thinner and thinner each day!

The problem is your spamming the entire forums with ****. You just admitted again to basically repeating all of my posts. What was the sense? You had to copy my stuff again? My guides, tools, programs were not enough for you? You should stop pm'n other community members talking behind my back two. If that's the sum of your ambition go right ahead but shows your only here for 1 thing and 1 thing only. Revenge. You should leave and im sure you'll probably end up with 2-3 more infractions when a mod reviews all the reports (which is a ban). This a place for people like you to learn. Not to come in with guns blazing linking people to your dev site and playing your little games you have been playing for the past several hours. You know your not getting anywheres, nor impressing anyone with your hoolagins. You should go crawl back into that hole you call a development site that you leech all of epvps work to.

They do recognize the work as i've fully explained it all better then your copy & paste. Now are you going to contribute or sit here and spam like you have been for the past several hours? Exactly. You have no intentions of actually sharing something useful, so far all you've done is go "thats mine, thats mine, i like that too". I've accumulated over 50 posts now because of you. Warmonger is right about not being untouchable, while it makes it tricky to get you, it's not impossible, if you're connected to the internet there is always a risk and there's not really a real way around that.

Well, it's been some time since then, and the actual company has changed as well. Honestly, who can tell what the future holds? If you guys happen to figure out a way to acquire the new stuff in A7 and A6 and make it work, you might just see a change in everything.

I'm not desperate or anything, nor am I trying to kill your thunder... I'm just trying to understand why you guys keep resisting change, even when the company that makes all the files you use makes the real game better, and fixes the problems that made you leave in the first place.

No need to get personal... I'm just saying that nobody should get comfortable until we see them make their move... if they don't, rest easy... if they do, all the stuff I said will most likely happen. It's all left to chance really. Such is life.

There's no change to resist, as Warmonger points out, private servers have always been here, it's incredibly tricky to shut them down and they keep respawning anyway. It's like a human going against the ocean with nothing but a sand castle bucket. Therefore, Nexon will just be wasting money, which is why they don't follow through often. Case in point. After the crack down on Maple Story...we still have an awful lot of em left and they're increasing in number.

Nexon owns the majority share in Gamehi and therefore are the current owners of Gamehi. Nexon is the one sending out the Cease and Desist...if indeed they are being sent out.
