I think i have seen this previously asked but i couldn't find the thread again, so how do u get the package tab to actually open, i have it visible and i have items under that tab but it wont open.

I need your help, who know what a hell is this?
How to fix it, cause only one account cant use coins to buy something from Dshop. With every try he lose 300 coins and get nothing. With others acc everything is ok.
