You didn't update shi*. When you place index of the skill into "Cast Time" script all you did is change the skill it uses to remove Cast Time from.
You need to update the script first.

Looks to me that you clearly don't know what you want/need, because unpacking the game and looking into "INDEX" like he pointed in his comment wont do any updating of the CT. Good luck tho.

I dont know on what have you been caught, but I am sure its not legal to consume.

However if you're trying to troll people, go somewhere else, Facebook for example, people there will welcome you with arms wide open.

you can examine .dat files with a hex editor.

Like Hex Workshop, HxD, or WinHex

if you add an address manually to cheat table, you can add 'skillid2' (without the ' ' ) as an address and the type should be 2 Bytes, and then you should see the skill ID when you use a skill, make sure to have skill cast time script activated for this to work (NOT the Whitelist cast time script.).
