try a diferent mob to change appearence , and in special effects make shure that values get saved when u close file coz i ad to put my file on read only under properties after change the values coz every time i launched the game for some reason values reset to original.

which mob did you try changing to? I tried changing to spiderraba and lizardman, both didn't work.

 dont worry this pic is not from skabed release tut.It's from this guy's: 
1st, the '000' gets saved when i close the file and doesnt change when i run game, so thats just another dead end.I will however try another appearence using skabed's tut.
2nd, the egos in the pic were supposed to look like lizardman knights,or so that other guy's tut. says.Instead i got some weird invisible shiny little baby egos,which is Ok, cuz lags less now, but i just hate that shining.
Ill just go mess up with the csv some more.Im a beginner and this is already weird xD

ok i changed every reiden and reiden's ego appearence into spider and canceled their special effects, they still look like dangerous babys with scythe in their hands.im out of ideas.Gimme ur script folder ><

u must edit on data/script/creature/monster_shape.csv 2 lines to change egos appearence.
try this:
line 226---> 226,reiden_ego,Monster\lizard.mesh,Monster\lizard. tpack,000,FALSE
line 276---> 276,reiden_ego,Monster\lizard.mesh,Monster\lizard. tpack,000,FALSE

ya, thats what i did too, exept i used spider,Anyway i deleted reiden.mesh and raiden.skel from skel&mesh folders( in monster folder), i test it now,see if i can only see ego's name,no more body. tell if it works in 5 mins
Back after 5 mins:I made them invisible(VICTORY), but they still shine, how do i get rid of their animation, if u know bleander

no, that line is for C reiden, so why? im lvling in A/B
and rofl am i the only one that deletes 'path_boneanimation Anim\ 'and still see ego's glowing? kinda funny xD

it isnt supposed to take away the glow effect, its supposed to take away animation such as walking/running/attacking/skill animation, with that said, It doesnt work for me, why it doesnt i dont know.. anyone have an idea?

hmm i replaced egos with spider_raba.It didnt work but there is no more glowing and the ego's blood is purple, xD.What other mob should i try to replace it with. i already tryed lizardman/spider

if this works the same way p servers do then you have toreplace the texture mesh and skel(think thats the right name) of the monster u want to change with the one you want but idk if its the same way as p servers but i use to do alot of gear modifications in p servers using gimp

Reason: Most bots pick up only mets and dbs,
If you change how gems and tokens look to resemble a met or a db your bot should auto pick them up, anyone have any ideas of how I can do this?

Changing gender appearance

I wanted to change the gender appearance for my character, and I saw a few sites that said to change the woman.ech to man.ech, woman2.ech to man2.ech etc.
So I did that, and it gives me an error saying that Man.ech is corrupt, and Cabal closes.
Anyone know how to do it right? CabalSEA btw

Changing armours/appearance

Ok, well I have a plan and it involves editting a few files. Before I get to it though, I have a couple of quick questions.
Can all armours etc be found in C3>texture?
Is it possible to rename the different armours so you at least appear on your screen to be wearing a different armour? (for example, rename a coat so that it appears to be a 120 trojan armour.)
