Yeah im getting that same prob/ see i dont insert a byte because it turns the screen all colorfull so i did as the tut and advise listed to do.
anyway when i went to the name Crespo and took out the (o) to make it let me add the full name of (web_image) it fits perfect but i get an error at about 90% of the game loading so im fuessing thats because crespo is not valid with out the (o)

not working without that darn Cresp (o) lol

err can any1 help? i tried the edit, but then it didnt work, it gave me the chinese error, i tried putting back the way it was but it still doesnt work. Still getting the same chinese error with everything back together. help?

its simple just change <example>
Treasure of Crespo C,indun_02.map,indun_02.mol,indun_02.mel,indun_02. mac
to
Treasure of CrespoC and start rewriting it so it looks like
Treasure of CrespoC,indun_02.map,indun_02.mol,indun_02.mel,web _image.mac
you still cant pass the gates but u can go around them =)
its much simpler than inserting and deleting bytes if u ask me x.X

Hey i yust tried this and well i can't get it to work in the 4.5.6 update i tried login one and the web_image one put after i edited it i loged in and when i tried to connect to a server it jumps back to the log in screen can you help me?

(Oh and i never hacked before)

EDIT: oh i didnt know you ned the crc il try again,put now it says the client version does not match eh i guess im not gona hack afterall put still great tutorial

Thanks for the tut. Got it working fine.

What map should Crespo 0,0 take you too? Right now, it doesnt take me anywhere. When I go to Python 0,0 It takes me into the castle. Inside the castle at 0,0 should take me where?

Also, what map to I have to change to get access to the Abyss? The space pilgrim area?

All other areas work fine.

I dont vac, so no worries about abusing the hacks. I just find it difficult to level when my character is restricted to araes with low xp monsters. The level grind from 70+ is horrible and being able to jump maps is awesome!
